Members of the Month
A simple competition.
Admin will be watching carefully at all posts and involvemet in discussions of the members joined at IAL.
At the end of each month, we'll decide on the member of the month,... and get ready... you can have you're name coloured to which ever colour you want!! * Dont all go mad at once!!! :lol: lol* And you're name will appear in the Hall of fame... * Ahhh* LolPostcounts will be monitored, as are the involvements in the board.. including posts, helping to advertise... ideas for the board... etc.
Tip: Good for the future when we look for extra staff for the board... we might just turn to the Member of the Month's hall of fame! :lick:

What a brilliant idea. Well done emily.
It reminds me of the good old days of school where we had the child of the week or something like that. It sure got me motivated :angel: as I liked the prizes they gave out :eyewink:
